  • RIS Bourbon Barrel Coffee & Vanilla 2025

    • Stoneface Russian Imperial Stout (RIS) is built around a complex grain bill of 13 different malts to impart notes of chocolate, coffee, and roasted mat, truly expressing more than the sum of their parts.  This beer was aged in Bourbon barrels for one year, followed with additions of Port City Coffee Roasters Ethiopian Harrar cold brew & Tahitian vanilla bean. 9.5% ABV

    • Stoneface Russian Imperial Stout (RIS) is built around a complex grain bill of 13 different malts to impart notes of chocolate, coffee, and roasted mat, truly expressing more than the sum of their parts.  A blend of RIS: aged in Tamworth Distilling's Old Man in the Mountain 3Y & 7Y Bourbon barrels for 14 mo.  Notes of cascara, warm baking spice, and brandied cherry. 9.5% ABV

  • RIS Rum Barrel 2025

    • Stoneface Russian Imperial Stout (RIS) is built around a complex grain bill of 13 different malts to impart notes of chocolate, coffee, and roasted mat, truly expressing more than the sum of their parts.  This beer was aged in Rum barrels for one year, creating a complex imperial stout: pronounced notes of oak, with hints of vanilla and molasses. 9.5% ABV

  • Barleywine Apple Brandy Barrel 2025

    • Double-mashed, 14-hour boil American Barleywine aged in Laird's Apple Brandy barrels for one year.  Notes of stewed apple, mulled cider, and dark caramel.  Evolving as it warms, Barleywine Apple Brandy Barrel 2025 is best enjoyed at cellar temperature of 50-55 degrees Farenheight. 9.9% ABV

  • Barleywine Bourbon Barrel 2025

    • Double-mashed, 14-hour boil American Barleywine aged in Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels for one year.  Notes of wildflower honey, vanilla bean custard, and candied pecan.  Evolving as it warms, Barleywine Bourbon Barrel 2025 is best enjoyed at cellar temperature of 50-55 degrees Farenheight. 9.9% ABV

  • Imperial Oatmeal Stout Rum Barrel 2025

    • Double-mashed.  Overnight boil.  Excessive malt.  Imperial Oatmeal Stout was aged in Rum barrels for nineteen months, creating a lush brew with notes of burnt marshmallow, sweet molasses, and dark cocoa.  9.8% ABV

  • Imperial Oatmeal Stout Rye Barrel 2025

    • Double-mashed.  Overnight boil.  Excessive malt.  Imperial Oatmeal Stout was aged in Rye barrels for nineteen months, creating a decadent brew with notes of torched sugar, chicory coffee, and dark chocolate brownie.  9.8% ABV
