Stoneface Russian Imperial Stout (RIS) is built around a complex grain bill of 13 different malts to impart notes of chocolate, coffee, and roasted mat, truly expressing more than the sum of their parts. This beer was aged in Bourbon barrels for one year, followed with additions of Port City Coffee Roasters Ethiopian Harrar cold brew & Tahitian vanilla bean. 9.5% ABV

A blend of RIS: aged in Tamworth Distilling's Old Man in the Mountain 3Y & 7Y Bourbon barrels for 14 mo. Notes of cascara, warm baking spice, and brandied cherry. 9.5% ABV

This beer was aged in Rum barrels for one year, creating a complex imperial stout: pronounced notes of oak, with hints of vanilla and molasses. 9.5% ABV
